Поэтому хотим снизить симптомы похмелья – максимально тормозим поступление алкоголя в кровь. Пьем сладкие негазированные напитки. И, конечно, светлые. Лучше водку чистоганом.

Синдром гипомагниемии, или дефицита магния, у хронических алкоголиков норма, и нарушение балланса калия и натрия [15,16,17].

 

Довольно часто ему приходиться поднимать людей после гуляний. Завтра деловая встреча, а с кровати не встать. Тут врачи ставят капельницу в вену заливают физраствор (читай «NaCl») и глюкозу. Точнее так называемый раствор Рингера. Плюс туда добавляют витамины/минералы и какие-нибудь транквилизаторы. Плюс, иногда, сердечные. Спишь крепко, бегаешь в уборную, про сушняк забываешь сразу. Спишь долго. Всё хорошо, но стоит денег. Так же врачи для борьбы с ацидозом вливают 4-процентный раствор гидрокарбоната натрия. Капельницы очень эффективны. Но не все могут себя дать прокапать. Поэтому мы просто воспроизвели капельницу, но не в вену, а в желудок.
